What is a stablecoin?

Updated over 6 months ago

A stablecoin is a cryptocurrency backed by real fiat reserves, such as USDC. Stablecoins help avoid the high volatility typical of cryptocurrencies by maintaining a stable and predictable value.
Currently, we support USDC on the Solana (Sol) and ERC-20 networks.
