How to Manually Approve Large Withdrawals?

You can set custom withdrawal limits to hold transactions exceeding a specified amount for manual approval.
Setting Withdrawal Limits:

  1. Log in to the merchant account as an Owner.

  2. Go to “Settings” → “Withdrawal Limit”.

  3. For interface withdrawals, select “Interface Withdrawals”.

  4. For API withdrawals, select “API Withdrawals”.

  5. Set limits in EUR or another currency: Per transaction, Per hour, Per day

  6. Enter the limit amount, 2FA code, and click “Submit”.

Approving Held Transactions:
If the limit is exceeded, the transaction is paused automatically.

  1. Log in as an Owner.

  2. Go to “Transactions”.

  3. Find the “Pending” transaction (requires manual review).

  4. Click “Approve” to confirm the transaction.
